No free tier
New organizations have no free tier; the trial ends after 2 Machine-hours or 7 days, and billable resources then need a card. Billing is pay as you go. [3]

Create a Fly.io account with flyctl, launch an app, add a card before the short trial ends, and create a scoped deploy token for CI.

A Fly.io user belongs to organizations; apps belong to an organization, which holds the card and billing.
Steps marked “human step” are ones only you can do: verapli never signs in, submits, pays or accepts terms for you.
Install flyctl and run fly auth signup (or fly auth login); the person completes sign-up in the browser.
Run fly launch inside the project directory to create and configure the app (it usually deploys too), then fly deploy for later changes.
Add a payment method before the trial ends so Machines keep running.
Run fly tokens create deploy --name "<name>" --expiry <duration> (or use the app's Tokens page in the dashboard). Set a short expiry; the default is 20 years. verapli stores it as FLY_API_TOKEN.
