  1. Sign in or create a Loops account

    Sign in to Loops. If you have no account yet, you create it yourself; verapli does not create accounts.

  2. Choose your sending domain

    In Settings > Domain enter your sending domain (a subdomain such as mail.yourcompany.com is recommended) and click View records.

    • Domain already in use: A teammate may already have a Loops account for it; request a login link, search for mail from loopsbot@mail.loops.so, or ask to be invited. [1]

  3. Add the SPF, DKIM and MX records

    Add each record by its Type (TXT, CNAME or MX). The SPF and MX records sit on the envelope subdomain, so they do not clash with your root SPF. Optionally add the DMARC record. Click Verify Records.

    • CNAME records don't verify on Cloudflare: Set the CNAME records to DNS only (not proxied). [1]
    • MX entry rejected: Enter the priority before the value (for example "10 feedback-smtp.us-east-1.amazonses.com") where your registrar needs one line. [1]

  4. Generate an API key

    In Settings > API click Generate key and name it. Use a separate key per purpose.
