Steps

Steps marked “human step” are ones only you can do: verapli never signs in, submits, pays or accepts terms for you.

  1. Create or sign in to an Upstash account

The person signs up for a free account or logs in at the Upstash Console. verapli never creates the account.

    • Guided by hand
    • Human step: You press submit

    Where: https://console.upstash.com/

  2. Create the Redis database

On the Redis tab click + Create Database, enter a name, choose a Primary Region near most writes and any Read Regions, click Next and select a plan.

    • Human step: You press submit
    • After: Create or sign in to an Upstash account

    Where: https://console.upstash.com/

  3. Copy the REST URL and token

In the database Connect section copy the HTTPS endpoint (UPSTASH_REDIS_REST_URL) and the Token (UPSTASH_REDIS_REST_TOKEN). Keep the standard token server-side; use the Read-Only Token for public clients.

    • verapli co-pilot
    • After: Create the Redis database

verapli captures UPSTASH_REDIS_REST_TOKEN here by plain code: encrypted in your browser, never shown to AI.
